Reiki Therapy with Kari
Reiki is a gentle energy medicine and somatic healing practice that invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and restore a sense of harmony and peace within.
Through light touch or hands held just above the body, Reiki offers space to soften, release emotional tension, reset your nervous system and reconnect with your innate wisdom and wholeness.
Reiki may support you in:
- Easing stress, anxiety, and emotional tension
- Navigating grief and life transitions
- Exploring old patterns and limiting beliefs
- Cultivating inner peace and spiritual connection
- Encouraging relaxation and restful sleep
- Reconnecting with yourself and your needs
What to Expect
Rest comfortably, fully clothed, on a massage table while I gently place my hands on or just above your body. Each session is an invitation to pause, receive, and reconnect with yourself.
Session Rates
- 60 minutes — $120
- 90 minutes — $150

Reiki + Sound Healing Session with Kari
Reiki and sound healing blend gentle energy work with the vibrations of sound to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and a deeper sense of grounding, balance and peace.
This is time just for you—a space to release what you’ve been holding, reconnect with your body, and nurture a more compassionate, loving relationship with yourself. As you settle into stillness, you’re invited to reconnect with your innate wisdom and the peace that lives within you.
Your Session
You will be resting comfortably, fully clothed on a massage table, as you’re gently guided into deep relaxation. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, and voice, complemented by Reiki to support emotional release, grounding, and a connection to peace within.
Each session is an invitation to let go, come home to yourself, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. A time to feel supported, restore your energy, and remember that you deserve the same care, gentleness, and love you so freely give to others.
